If you are applying for a place in next year’s Reception Classes you should complete Southend Borough Council’s Single Application Form (SAF) which must be submitted to them by 15th January 2021. The application process opens on 14th September 2020. The best way to apply is online at www.southend.gov.uk/admissions but if you require a paper application these can be obtained from the Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend.

If you are applying under a Faith criteria, you must also complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and supply us with any supporting documentation as stated in the notes attached to the SIF. This must be submitted to our school office by 15th January 2021.

The offer date for September 2021 Reception intake is 16th April 2021. Please note, it is THE COUNCIL who will contact you, not individual schools.

If you are applying for a place in any other school year you DO NOT need to complete the Council’s form unless you are applying for a Year 3 place in the determined admissions round.

Appeals - If you wish to appeal against a decision not to admit your child please click on the following link to the Local Authority website;

You must submit your appeal by 14th May 2021. Southend Borough Council aim to hear all on time appeals by 21st July 2021. Late appeals are heard at the end of September or early October 2021.
