Women's World Day of Prayer

Mar 4, 2019, 1:33 PM

On Friday 1st March, children from year 5 and 6, took part in Women's World Day of Prayer celebrations. This year, the country of choice was Slovenia. During the service, we heard about lots of women in Slovenia, especially those in minority groups. A range of Christian denominations were involved in the service and we even got to meet the Deputy Mayoress! We had a great time and were given yummy biscuits and cake at the end!
