Keeping Active at Home

Well we have all , probably, been trying to keep up with Joe Wicks(https://www.youtube.com/thebodycoachtv) which is great but if you want to try something different it seems there are lots of ideas and sites to visit out there.

Why not try the James Watt Primary School website https://www.jameswattp.bham.sch.uk/learning-zone/online-pe-fitness-and-exercise-resources that has lots of links to different websites with keeping fit and sane in these difficult times.

You could also try Brownes boot camp on YouTube who are also offering school based fitness sessions on line.

You could also have a look at the North shore Mums site which also lists lots of on line dance and fitness clips to try out. https://www.northshoremums.com.au/best-free-exercise-youtube-channels/

We will post any great new sites as we find them but if you have found something amazing why not let us know , or post it on our school facebook site.
