How do you construct a strong bridge?

We have been using different materials to build strong, stable bridges. This has helped us to investigate the structure of bridges and how they are supported.

We have been extending our learning by making our bridges higher but having to ensure they are still stable, this has been tricky!

Paper Bridges

Class 2 Seahorses have been building their own designs of paper bridges, they had to be stable and strong.

They were set a challenge: ONLY USE NEWSPAPER AND CELLOTAPE !
